Esterbrook Estie Oversized Sea Glass Palladium Trim Fountain Pen
A tribute to the shore. The Estie Sea Glass celebrates the beaches near Esterbrook's birthplace in New Jersey, where beachcombers search for pieces of glass smoothed and frosted by the sea. Its blended acrylic resin combines greens, turquoises and blues in a flecked, patchwork-like pattern with a highly polished finish, and the cool shine of palladium-plated trim completes the look. First launched as a special edition, Sea Glass proved so popular that it is now part of the Estie core range.
Why the Oversized? It is slightly longer and wider than the standard Estie, with a more substantial presence and weight in the hand. It is ideal for larger hands and for long writing sessions.

- #6 JoWo stainless steel nib: German-made and engraved with "Esterbrook 1858". Available in extra fine, fine, medium, broad and 1.1 mm stub.
- Interchangeable nib system: the nib unit unscrews easily for switching sizes or cleaning, and it is compatible with other #6 nibs.
- Vintage compatibility: with the MV Nib Adapter (sold separately), the Estie accepts original vintage Esterbrook Renew-Point nibs.
- Cushion cap closure: a spring-loaded inner cap gives a secure closure and keeps the nib from drying out between uses.
- Cartridge/converter filling: includes a converter for bottled ink and a short international cartridge.
- Gift-ready presentation: presented in an Esterbrook gift box.
