A pen full of cinematic details

• Rotating peephole disc: on the cap, a vermeil disc evokes the door's peephole. As it turns, the twins appear and disappear within a simulated optical assembly in sterling silver.
• Room 237 key clip: micro-cast in vermeil, the key-shaped clip carries a red acrylic resin tag.
• Jack's shadow on the nib: the 18K gold nib is engraved in vermeil with Jack's silhouette.
• Engraved end cap: a continuous engraving of the film's most chilling line wraps the end cap as a warning against obsession.

Free Drop Reservoir: the elevator scene, on paper

Like the elevator doors that open onto a torrent of blood, the barrel reveals the edition's innovative filling system, the Free Drop Reservoir. Through its transparent window, red ink flows onto the page with absolute control. A 50 ml ink bottle is included.

Rare materials

Crafted in Italy from sterling silver 925, vermeil, wood and translucent red acrylic resin. Small colour variations are a natural result of the artisanal process and prove the authenticity of each piece.

The REDRUM display case

Each pen is presented in a display case that recreates, in miniature, the Torrance family apartment door, marked with the word REDRUM, which reads MURDER when reflected in a mirror.
