Montegrappa Lucha Libre Rollerball – Limited Edition of 96
From the lights of the arena to the showcases of collectors, Lucha Libre brings the energy of one of the most extraordinary spectacles of Mexican culture into the world of fine writing instruments. Crafted from sterling silver 925, red resin and translucent polychrome enamels, this Limited Edition transforms legendary masks, championship belts and ring details into a masterpiece of Italian craftsmanship, rich in character and personality.
A symbol of victory
The champion's belt, finely engraved on the cap band and plated in 3N yellow gold, pays tribute to the glory earned in the arena and to the determination of those who choose to leave their mark. The golden LUCHA LIBRE lettering on the cap completes the look of a true title belt.
The soul of the legend
Two interpretations of the luchador mask coexist on the barrel. On one side, a vibrant composition of red and blue translucent enamels celebrates the most iconic symbol of Lucha Libre while revealing the guilloché workmanship beneath. On the other, a refined sterling silver decoration reinterprets the same emblem through reliefs, textures and ornamental details of extraordinary visual depth.
United by the ring ropes that wrap around the silhouette, the two souls of the discipline merge into a composition full of character, identity and stage presence.
Precious details
Sterling silver surfaces and 3N yellow gold-plated finishes enhance a design rich in contrasts: the deep red of the resin, the electric blue of the enamels, the brilliance of silver and the warmth of gold. Every detail translates the language of the arena into a refined expression of character, artistry and visual depth.
A triumphant entrance
The custom presentation box, with its red ropes in the style of a wrestling ring, turns the act of opening into a moment of pure theatre. A collector's experience limited to just 96 rollerballs and 96 fountain pens with 18-karat gold nib: a number that celebrates 1996, the symbolic year of the international rise of modern Lucha Libre.
